My husband began snoring about 5 years ago and it became increasingly louder and louder within the last two years. There were times when I thought a train was roaring through our bedroom in the middle of the night. I often left the bedroom and slept in the guest room. He suffered also. His sleep pattern became very restless; he would frequently gasp for breath; wake himself up and often looked like he needed a good night sleep after already sleeping for over 8 hours.
